Now vaatu’s plan was very clear ….. destroy the 7 chakras which is the gates to connect humans to the spiritual ( vibrational) network ( the creator of humanity network).. and get them to connect to his digital network (man made matrix)..
So he started by creating negative instantnces everywhere and blocked the root chakra by making humans loss their stability and security…
So what is the root chakra…
It’s the earth Chakra..and it’s called
Root Chakra (Muladhara):
Located at the base of the spine, it's associated with grounding, stability, and survival instincts, often visualized in red.
AND ITS BLOCKED BY FEAR OR CONCERNS FOR SURVIVAL..
AND TO UNLOCK YOU NEED TO FACE AND DEAL WITH YOUR FEARS ..
grounding yourself in the present moment and feeling secure in your own skin – it all starts with the root chakra. Let's delve into this foundational energy center, shall we?
The Mighty Base: Understanding Your Root Chakra
Imagine a magnificent tree. Its strength and ability to reach for the sky depend entirely on its roots, firmly anchoring it to the earth. In the same way, your root chakra, or Muladhara in Sanskrit, is the first of your seven primary chakras and serves as the very foundation of your entire energetic system. Located at the base of your spine, in the perineum, it's the energy center that connects you to the earth, providing a sense of stability, security, and belonging.
Think of the root chakra as your survival center. It governs your basic needs – food, shelter, safety, and security. When this chakra is balanced, you feel grounded, present, and confident that your needs will be met. You possess a strong sense of vitality and a deep connection to your physical body and the material world.
Signs of a Balanced Root Chakra:
* Feeling safe and secure
* A strong sense of belonging
* Physical vitality and energy
* Financial stability
* A healthy connection to your body
* Living in the present moment
* Feeling grounded and stable
When the Roots are Weak: Imbalances in the Root Chakra
Just like a tree with weak roots is vulnerable to storms, an imbalanced root chakra can manifest in various ways.
An Underactive Root Chakra might lead to:
* Feelings of fear, anxiety, and insecurity
* Difficulty manifesting basic needs like finances and shelter
* A sense of disconnection from the body
* Feeling ungrounded, spacey, or scattered
* Low energy and fatigue
* Difficulty focusing
An Overactive Root Chakra might present as:
* Greed and materialism
* Hoarding tendencies
* Resistance to change
* Overeating or unhealthy attachments to food
* A feeling of being stuck or rigid
* Anger and irritability
Nourishing Your Roots: Ways to Balance the Root Chakra
The good news is that you can actively work to bring your root chakra into harmony. Here are some grounding practices to incorporate into your life:
* Connect with Nature: Spend time outdoors. Walk barefoot on the earth, hug a tree, or simply sit and observe the natural world around you. The earth's energy directly nourishes your root chakra.
* Grounding Exercises: Practice simple grounding techniques like visualizing roots extending from your feet deep into the earth. Feel the connection and stability this brings.
* Mindful Movement: Engage in physical activities that connect you to your body, such as walking, running, yoga (especially poses that ground you like Mountain Pose or Warrior poses), or dancing.
* Nourishing Foods: Eat root vegetables like potatoes, carrots, and beets. These foods carry the grounding energy of the earth.
* Red Color: Surround yourself with the color red. Wear red clothing, decorate your space with red accents, or visualize a vibrant red light at the base of your spine.
* Affirmations: Repeat affirmations that promote security and stability, such as "I am safe and secure," "I am grounded and connected," or "I have everything I need."
* Meditation: Practice root chakra meditations that focus on grounding, security, and your connection to the earth.
By consciously nurturing your root chakra, you build a strong and stable foundation for your entire being. When your roots are strong, you feel safe, secure, and empowered to grow and thrive in all aspects of your life. So, take a moment today to connect with the earth and feel the solid support beneath you – your root chakra will thank you for it.

The triple spiral coil is constructed from one continuous string or wire..
